I always tell my clients the sooner you reach out, the better! As frustrating as this sounds, it really depends on each individual order I take what that timeline will look like. I prefer to allot four weeks to address a set of envelopes for a wedding and a minimum of two months to complete a custom invitation suite before the final products are mailed to your guests. Rehearsal dinners and other events typically have a shorter timeline. See my Wedding Timeline guide here.

Calligraphy services range from $1.50 each for placecards to a minimum of $600 for custom invitation suite designs. For weddings of 200 guests, it is best to budget close to $2000 for design, envelopes, printing, and postage. However, pricing will always vary per client based on designs, printing choices, and guest count.

The easiest part! Parchment Papeterie will have your completed wedding suite printed for you and delivered with your addressed envelopes. You can choose from a variety of different paper colors and types, as well as special printing options like letterpress, foil, and debossing. Printing is NOT included in the cost of invitation design as it varies based on quantity of invitations needed per client. I am happy to provide a quote as soon as possible for printing services.
For designs and invitations used for events other than weddings, Parchment Papeterie offers two options. Hayley can have your designs printed and deliver to you a physical product. The second option is to have the design sent to you digitally to print where you choose.

What is a wedding suite? This includes all cards that are sent with a formal invitation. This will always include the invitation itself, and CAN include an RSVP card and envelope, a map, a details card, custom artwork, envelope liners, and more!
